Learn how to turn your ugly vegetables into something beautiful that will last you throughout the season. Chef Tony Howe, founder of Scratch House Vegan Specialties, will cover basic lacto-fermentation and how to make your own fermentation based & vinegar based pickles. Question and answer session will follow. Tasting (salad and pickle/charcuterie variety) and a drink of choice are included!
